About Me
With over a decade of experience in education and research, I am a senior leader currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainable Development. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia (BC), Canada and a CPA designation in BC. I hold several sustainability credentials including the IFRS FSA credential and the GRI Sustainability Reporting Specialist credential. I am well-versed in the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) IFRS S1 and S2 standards, including the application of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standards. Additionally, I am knowledgeable in the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol), corporate standard. As a passionate leader, I help businesses stay current with developments in sustainability reporting and disclosure, including navigating national and international regulatory and policy changes to interpret their impacts on report preparers, including CPAs.
I love to travel and experience new cultures to broaden my horizons. I am a big animal lover and have a 12-year-old dog cookie. To unwind I love a good workout and good TV.
